We are currently on the lookout for a stand-out Senior Account Manager to join our busy Sydney office.
Who we're looking for:
You have at least 3 years experience in a similar role or an Account Manager ready to take the next step. You will have a proven track record in managing activations, events and promotional staffing campaigns as well as handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
You have enthusiasm, high energy and are self-motivated. You'll have a personable nature and the ability to build relationships with both staff and clients alike.
What you'll be doing:

Working with the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Account Executives and a Producer to deliver a range of campaigns, projects and activities, as well as handling a specific portfolio of clients. Tasks will include responding to client briefs, managing campaign budgets and reports, as well as overseeing the project management of a variety of activations, and events. Your staffing team team will be sourcing, booking and briefing activations staff across the country.
As a senior member of the team, you will also have staff management responsibility and will assist in financial reporting, new business pitches and agency development.
A great attitude is number one! You'll also have: the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once and resilience to keep up with an ever-changing workload. Ideally you will have at least 3 years agency experience and your most recent role as a SAM or Account Manager. You'll also know your way around a computer - skills in Excel, Powerpoint and the ability to quickly learn our CRM system is essential.

The fine print:
Initially, this is a 12 month fixed term position (with the potential to extend) based on a standard 40 hour week with some additional on-call work out of hours and weekends. You must be eligible to work full-time in Australia to apply.
