GPT: 580 Food Hall Launch

Kreate were engaged by GPT to help launch their newly rebranded food court, 580 Foodhall. Located at 580 George Street in the heart of Sydney's CBD, the ground floor food and retail hub was transformed into a buzzy European style food hall. 

The purpose was to raise brand awareness about the all new food hall and drive repeat consumer traffic from surrounding office buildings. 

Focusing on the local ‘mum and dad’ retailers in operation, the goal was to create a space reminiscent of European food halls which would allow diners the hear the stories behind the food and the small-business owners. 

We created a pop-up market with food and drink sampling, brought in live music and featured stories on a live story wall. We also concepted and ran a social media competition to amplify awareness and drive social sharing. To create broader awareness we oversaw an online campaign with TimeOut Sydney in the lead up to the event.

Kreate also oversaw retailer engagement and participation and secured an alcohol sponsor-partner to round out the day's activity.
