Melbourne convention bureau - aime 2022
With Business Events returning to Melbourne, we were tasked with celebrating the first event of the year - the Asia Pacific Meetings and Incentives Event - held exclusively in Melbourne!
Working closely with the team at Melbourne Convention Bureau and our partners Snackable Media, we concepted and delivered an on-the-ground entertainment activation which would translate into various content outputs for the MCB to use to tell the story of how Melbourne does Business Events better than any other city!
When Melbourne hosts business events, the experience is enriched because the whole city comes out to meet you, greet you and support you! From the city’s arts, culture, theatre and live entertainment to its food, hospitality and start of the art venues!
We wanted to translate this concept into actual physical meet and greets for delegates and guests as well as capture these surprise and delight moments in real time.
Our team of entertainers ‘followed’ the delegates to a range of their scheduled events and surprised them with song and dance.
