95 staff, 5 cities, 1 day: Conga Lines, Champagne and Cars.

I've been working in the events and promotional industry for almost 15 years and nothing prepares you for a day where you are managing these numbers!

In what is the busiest day I've ever experienced whilst working at Kreate we had 95 individual staff working for us across 5 cities and 10 clients - and on top of that Sydney decided to give us 3 months of rain in one day!

One of our highlight events today was the Moet and Chandon Guinness World Record attempt at the world's largest champagne tasting at Sydney Opera House. Working with Event Planet we had 40 staff playing the role of hosts, greeters and brand ambassadors.

We also had a flash mob of 20 conga line dancers at Parramatta Station celebrating Carnival Cruises' 5th Birthday in Australia for Play Events. The fun activation was part of a larger campaign to achieve the world's longest conga line at sea #carnivalconga

The team was busy with a range of other ongoing work for our clients at Ria Money Transfers, Jaguar Land Rover, H2 Melon and Solitaire.

On such a busy day the only piece of advice that you can take on board is 'how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time!
