Whilst we were so excited to be hitting a milestone of 15 years in Australia, we wanted to hold our celebration until the industry was a bit more back on track…

Avani Wines is a family-run biodynamic winery on the Mornington Peninsula overseen by Indian-born Shashi Singh producing cool climate wines with minimal intervention.
To kick off our work together, we are excited to share that Avani Wines has today announced a series with Mischa Tropp.

Mischa will be taking over the kitchen from November 19, bringing his own take on Indian cuisine to the Mornington Peninsula.

In the kitchen, Mischa will be firing up the grill and serving up a four-course set menu at $85 per person with dishes that reflect a variety of Indian regions – travel through the streets of Delhi to Bengal, Kerala and Goa, whilst admiring the billowing views on offer.
