FED SQUARE – ANYTHING BUT SQUARE

Kreate was engaged to lead Fed Square’s consumer lifestyle PR and Communications strategy throughout Winter 2021. This included launching their exciting Anything But Square Program.

2021’s winter program was specifically themed around everything French! Melburnians were invited to rediscover Fed Square - as the iconic cultural destination was transformed through a kaleidoscope of new experiences in winter.

With a program jam-packed full of exciting events Kreate oversaw all consumer PR and Communications for Fed Square including launching The Knot, a 8.5-metre public art display created by French artist visual artist Cyril Lancelin.

To celebrate this exciting addition to Fed Square, Kreate developed the PR, Media Relations and Influencer engagement strategy, which included hosting key media and industry stakeholders for the major launch event where The Knot was lit up for the first time in Australia.

Kreate worked swiftly to provide a flexible launch and re-launch of this activity given the unfolding Covid-19 situation in Melbourne at the time.

The campaign was eventually interrupted by Melbourne's 5th and 6th lockdowns, however our strategy resulted in significant media coverage across mainstream news, lifestyle, What’s On and consumer media.
