YCK LANEWAYS PRESENTS: YCK FAIR
Kreate were briefed by YCK Laneways and Time Out for Business to deliver the event styling, entertainment, PR and Social Media for YCK Laneways Presents: YCK Fair as part of Destination NSW’s OPEN FOR LUNCH 22.
The event saw YCK Laneways take over a section of Sydney’s George Street for a huge one-day-only Fair-themed long lunch. Taking over the streets between King and Market Streets, the YCK Fair featured a 15-metre-high ferris wheel with on board entertainment, popular carnival games and a sit-down lunch for xx people presented by YCK bars and restaurants. The event saw on-stage entertainment from well-known Australian singer-songwriters Gretta Raye and Yorke with headline secret act King Stingray Band closing out the day.
The Kreate experiences team delivered a range of interactive Fair Day entertainment including roving stilt walkers, acrobats, dancers and street performers. In addition, our team delivered the seated event styling, signage and theming.
We also developed and implemented the PR and media strategy, continued to manage YCK’s social media channels, as well as overseeing the campaign’s paid social media amplification.
Our activity resulted in a strong amount of press coverage across key lifestyle, trade, What’s On and consumer media including Time Out, Eat Drink Play, Secret Sydney, The Urban List and Broadsheet as well as facilitating on the day media opps.
In addition, our involvement also resulted in a significant increase in social media following for the YCK Laneways Instagram and Facebook accounts and a large number of pre and post event media coverage.

Kris+ needed to build awareness among Australian consumers. The challenge was getting people to understand how the app works and why they'd actually use it—turning a rewards concept into something tangible. We created a three-day activation at Melbourne Central that demonstrated the value proposition hands-on.
Following the success of their 2025 winter activation, William Grant & Sons Australia and InterContinental Sydney Double Bay needed to elevate the rooftop dome experience for 2026. The opportunity: transform the iconic Double Bay rooftop into a premium winter destination that would capture Sydney's imagination throughout the colder months, drive hotel guest engagement, and create a sophisticated showcase for Hendrick's Gin and Glenfiddich Whisky that went beyond typical seasonal activations.
The Pillars Launch event was the moment for Hendrick's Gin and Glenfiddich to show up properly. Not just a branded stand or a logo on a napkin - a full venue takeover that felt considered, immersive and true to what each brand actually stands for.

Tullamore D.E.W. - one of Ireland's most beloved whiskeys - needed to own St. Patrick's Day in a meaningful, memorable way.

Royal Caribbean engaged Kreate to bring their 2025/2026 family holiday cruise offering to life through an exciting partnership with The Wiggles.
Kreate partnered with Wicks Place, a newly developed mixed-use precinct in Marrickville, to drive community engagement and increase public visitation through a strategic activation program.

On behalf of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Prosecco DOC, Kreate brought a taste of Italy to life through two immersive venue takeovers at Cibaria and Cavallino. Each restaurant was transformed into a vibrant celebration of La Dolce Vita, where guests were invited to savour the full flavours of Prosecco DOC. From elegant styling and curated menus to a warm, authentic atmosphere, the activations captured the essence of Italian hospitality and showcased Prosecco DOC as the sparkling heart of every memorable moment.
Bing Lee engaged Kreate to create a festive retail experience that brought coffee to life during the busiest shopping season of the year. The brief was clear: showcase Bing Lee’s coffee machines, drive shopper engagement, and deliver a memorable experience during the Christmas and Black Friday period.
Kreate were briefed to manage the Marketing and Communications for the exciting launch of MP District. A brand-new precinct, MP District transforms Sydney’s most iconic civic centre – Martin Place, into a vibrant cultural corridor.
We delivered a high-impact activation for Klorane at Westfield Bondi Junction. The activation showcased two product variants (Nettle & Oat) and featured a beautifully designed set-up with mirrors, inviting customers to test and experience the products firsthand. The sleek, premium display encouraged trial and education, driving deeper engagement with the brand.
Kreate have been executing high-impact mass sampling campaigns designed to reach Gen Z music lovers at scale. By strategically popping up at major concerts, gigs, and youth-driven cultural moments, we were able to intercept audiences during peak footfall periods and distribute product at volume.
Kreate were delighted to partner with West Hotel to launch Spring Into Style, an exciting campaign unveiling two limited-time experiences celebrating fashion, food and culture.
Kreate transformed the InterContinental Hotel Double Bay into a cosy, elegant winter escape for DeKuyper, turning the lounge, bar, and three custom domes into a Winter Wonderland.
We brought FUNDAY Natural Sweets to life with a vibrant 12-day brand activation that blended product sampling, on-site sales, exclusive merchandise, and a limited-time competition to drive engagement. Kreate transformed the Verandah Precinct in Sydney's CBD into a Hendrick’s Spritz experience which ran for two months in the lead up to the Melbourne Cup. The takeover featured, bespoke bar signage, a tailored Hendrick’s Spritz menu, vibrant floral backdrops, and striking window decals. At its heart stood the iconic Hendrick’s bathtub bar, serving exclusive Spritz cocktails and capturing the brand’s signature charm.
